Our maintenance concept consists of three service packages as well as additionally bookable services (OPTIONAL). We will be happy to give you an overview of the respective contents of the packages, which you can put together as required. We will be happy to advise you professionally on all aspects of maintenance.

Our GREEN SERVICE PREMIUM maintenance package includes all services of the Green Service BASIC and the Green Service PLUS and unleashes the full power. In addition to maintenance, control center and trouble shooting, it also includes recurring inspections and repairs to the large components of the rotor blade, tower and nacelle. They are included in the availability guarantee. Damage is repaired immediately, downtime is minimised. In this way, you have a plant that is ready for operation at all times and calculates its yields reliably. You can leave everything else in the hands of WIND NOW. This is how PREMIUM works!

Our GREEN SERVICE PLUS maintenance package extends our BASIC package with spare parts stocking and strong service offers. WIND NOW guarantees you an availability of up to 97 percent! In the event of a fault, a troubleshooter team is on standby to carry out a precise fault analysis on site and repair if necessary. Our PLUS tariff includes all repairs except for major components, tower, rotor blade and nacelle. If there is a fault with a major component, a separate quotation will be provided. You decide! Here too, individual services can be booked in addition. Consultation included!

Our GREEN SERVICE BASIC maintenance package includes all necessary maintenance, including consumables such as greases and lubricants - flanked by our powerful 24/7 control center. The control system detects, reports and rectifies faults via remote maintenance. GREEN SERVICE BASIC is ideal for old systems with reduced remuneration, for example. Depending on your needs, you as the operator decide whether and which services from our extensive portfolio should be added, depending on the condition of the system. Advice included! You retain full control over the costs with the best WIND NOW service!
