WindNOW! is expanding its service coverage in Sweden.
At the start of the second quarter of 2024, WindNOW! took over the fourth GE wind farm in Sweden and continued to expand the service center in Halmstad/Oskarström. It consists of 8 GE wind turbines with Mark VI control system. WindNOW! Managing Director Ingo Völkerink: “We are delighted that we were able to convince another internationally operating wind turbine operator of our services.” Head of Sales Stefan Neuwirth added: “We would also like to thank our existing customer ARISE for kindly referring us. WindNOW! took on their GE portfolio, consisting of three wind farms with 2.X turbines, in 2021.”
Based on its many years of experience with full maintenance gained with this, WindNOW! started offering servicing for the GE 2-MW platform in Germany at the beginning of the year.
